When Sourav Ganguly batted in Suresh Raina’s jersey

A very rare and unusual incident happened for the first time in International cricket during a 4 match ODI series played between India and West Indies way back in 2007.

Former Indian opener Sourav Ganguly wore his team-mate Suresh Raina‘s jersey for two successive games as his own T-shirt was not a good fit.

Ganguly scored 98 runs in the opening One-Day International of the series which was played at Nagpur. In the second ODI at Cuttack, he managed to score just 13 runs but still Team India won the low scoring match by 20 runs.
