Virat Kohli buys luxury apartment worth Rs 34 crore in Mumbai

India’s Test captain, Virat Kohli has purchased a super-luxury apartment in the real estate developer Omkar Realtors and Developers’ residential project ‘Omkar 1973’ located in Worli area of South Mumbai.

According to Economic Times report, the apartment costs around Rs 34 crores and consists of 7,171 sq. ft., on the 35th floor of the tower C of the super luxury project has a sea view.

Kohli’s luxury apartment will be a bare-shell open sky bungalow that will be customised as per his requirements later on.

Interestingly, Kohli’s friend and team India colleague, Yuvraj Singh also owns an apartment on the 29th floor of the same building.


”While the talks for buying the apartment have been going on for the last few months, the transaction has been concluded recently. While the apartment will be bare-shell, it can be customised into a lavish five-bedroom house,” ET report quoted a source.
