WATCH : Team India’s drum bonding session

After the warm up and practice session in Bangalore, Indian players joined together for an activity called ‘Drum Circle’ in which a group of people seated in a circle, play drums together. A report from PTI further elaborates on the activity. It explains it as “a rhythm based activity, which is a great way to communicate, team building, transcending barriers, improves group communication and harmony, a sense of belonging, stress-relief, discovering creativity, energising participants, improving focus.”
