Virender Sehwag takes a dig at Arnab Goswami; denies to take part in his NewsHour

Former Indian opener Virender Sehwag may have retired from International cricket but currently he is hitting sixes at everybody on his preferred playing field these days – Twitter.

Sehwag, who is the undisputed ‘Nawab of Twitterverse’, today hit NewsHour host and Editor-in-Chief of Times Now, Arnab Goswami, out of the park with his tweet.

Arnab Goswami wanted to invite Sehwag and put him on the stand to fire of the next round in the war between him and Morgan.

The 37 year-old, let his followers know about his decision with this tweet :

“Arnab Goswami wants me to speak on that British guys views on India on NewsHour, but that man doesn’t deserve any airtime, hence I have denied.”

According to his tweet, he was supposedly invited to discuss about the Piers Morgan drama. The person who is referred as the ‘British guy’ is BBC journalist Morgan, most probably.

One could make the case that Arnab Goswami is the Piers Morgan of India. Both journalists bully their guests and dictate proceedings in their forum rather than allow an actual balanced debate to take place. Clearly Sehwag realised this and made his stance clear by retweeting some of his followers on Twitter.
