Mohammad Kaif clarifies MS Dhoni’s first-ball run-out on ODI debut

Mohammad Kaif, who was MS Dhoni‘s teammate in his debut match, praised Dhoni’s biopic, ‘M.S. Dhoni : The Untold Story’ on social media but also took an objection on one of scenes from the movie.

In his first ODI match against Bangladesh, Dhoni was run-out for a duck and the scene was unsurprisingly in the movie. The batsman at the other end was Mohammad Kaif. When this scene comes, one of Dhoni’s friends blames Kaif for his dismissal.

When Dhoni walks away, his friend, who is watching the game on TV says “Kaif ka Galti Tha” (It was Kaif’s fault) and says that it was Kaif who first called him and then sent him back.

But, Kaif has cleared the air surrounding the incident which then happened. He justified himself with a tweet and says : “Nahi Bhai, mera galti nahi tha”.

This is what Kaif tweeted,

Kaif also said that Dhoni’s biopic is an inspiration and this movie should inspire the youth to catch the train of their dreams.
