Pallavi was born on 5 March 1988 in Perth, Australia and had spent her early life there. She is a classically trained dancer in Bharatha Natyam.

Pallavi did her schooling at Lowther Hall Anglican Grammar School in Essendon and later on commenced her LLB and BA in Media and Communications and Diploma in Modern Languages (French) from the University of Melbourne.

3.) Beauty Pageant Winner

Pallavi was crowned “Miss India Australia” in 2010 during a beauty pageant contest held at Sydney.

4.) Bollywood Career

To pursue her career in modeling and anchoring, Pallavi shifted from Melbourne to Mumbai in 2010.
After playing a cameo role in Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘My Name is Khan’ Pallavi played a lead role in comedy drama-film ‘Dus-Tola’ along with veteran actor Manoj Bajpayee.

Since then, Pallavi had also been a part of Bollywood movies like Love Breakup Zindagi (2011), Heroine (2012), Besharam (2013) and Hawaizaada(2015).
These movies did not make an impact on the Box Office but her role in these movies was commendable.

5.) IPL Anchor

Pallavi Sharda was shortlisted for the anchoring role in IPL 2016 after the previous female hosts were pulled off from this years season.

Pallavi admitted that she was highly nervous in the beginning about her anchoring but now she feels to be much more confident about her ongoing job.
