Former Indian skipper MS Dhoni is undoubtedly one of the best finishers world cricket has ever produced. He enjoys a great fan following and it was once again proved when the Indian team walked into the Eden Gardens on the eve of the third and final ODI against England.
Well, the fans were delighted to see their hero practicing in the nets. Dhoni played with flair but was once dismissed during the net session. A 17-year old net bowler from Sealdah managed to walk-in through his defence. It was Agnibesh Paul, a club cricketer who plays for Gurudas Institute in the 2nd division in the CAB league, who managed to dismantle the wooden work of Dhoni.
After the net session, Dhoni was seen having a word with the bowler. As per quotes in Xtratime.in, Dhoni congratulated the bowler as he was quoted saying, “great bowling, your line and length is perfect, keep it up”.
The jubilant bowler later expressed his excitement too. He quoted, “I am delighted to have bowled out Dhoni, earlier I have bowled out Gautam Gambhir at KKR practice and Ajinkya Rahane during Pune Supergiants practice at the Eden Gardens.”
