WATCH: MS Dhoni becomes the first non-striker to take a review for the striker

In the 2nd ODI of the series between India and England played at Cuttack, former Indian skipper MS Dhoni became the first non-striker to take a review for the striker.

This all happened after the Indian left-handed batsman Yuvraj Singh edged the ball bowled by England pacer Chris Woakes and was collected by the wicket-keeper Jos Buttler.

The umpire instantly made his decision, but the Indian batsmen didn’t look too pleased. And Dhoni immediately made the call for the DRS to which Yuvraj agreed.

Later, it was found out that the ball had bounced on the ground as soon as it took the edge of the bat. The decision was overturned and Yuvi was given not out.
