In the fifth and final ODI of the series played between South Africa and Sri Lanka, South African opener Quinton De Kock smashed the record 12th ODI hundred. He is now the fastest batsman to complete 12 ODI centuries breaking the previous record of his country mate Hashim Amla.
De Kock also completed his 3,000 ODI runs during this game which was played at the Centurion. He is now the quickest wicket-keeper batsman to score 3,000 ODI runs breaking the record which was previously held by India’s MS Dhoni.

Dhoni got there in 90 innings whereas De Kock now holds the record having got to the mark in just 74 innings.
