The tenth season of the cash rish Indian Premier League (IPL) will begin from April 5, 2017. The window for the franchises to retain players for the upcoming season was closed on December 15, 2016.
As many as 140 players including 44 overseas players have been retained by the franchises for the Vivo IPL 2017.
Meanwhile, Rising Pune Supergiants have the purse balance of Rs 19.1 crore for the auction.
Skipper MS Dhoni will again play for the Pune Supergiants as he was retained by the franchise.
