On day 4 of the ongoing Test between India and Bangladesh, the Indian off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin became the fastest bowler to complete 250 test wickets.
Ashwin dismissed the Bangladeshi skipper Mushfiqur Rahim on his carrom ball to reach this landmark.
Well, currently the World No. 1 Test bowler, Ashwin, broke the record previously set up by the Australian legend Dennis Lillee. Ashwin got his name in the record books in his 45 Test matches while Dennis Lillee did it in 48 matches.
