WATCH: Bangladesh players appealing for a catch that just edged air

During the 1st Day of a Test match played between India and Bangladesh at Hyderabad, Bangladeshi team appealed for a catch that just edged the air since there was no contact of the batsman with ball.

It all happened in the 3rd over of Indian innings when Bangladeshi bowler Taskin Ahmed was bowling to the middle-order batsman Cheteshwar Pujara. The ball bowled by Taskin pitched on middle stump line and went way outside the leg stump, far away from the body of the batsman. It didn’t even touch the T-shirt of Pujara but the entire Bangladeshi team started appealing as if it was a close call and the batsman has edged the ball.

Even Mushfiqur Rahim asked Pujara if he had edged the ball or not.
