Virat Kohli gives a befitting reply of Ian Healy’s comments

On Tuesday, India defeated Australia in the second game of the 4 match Test series which was played at M. Chinnaswamy stadium, Bengaluru.

Indian captain Virat Kohli has termed the win as the “best one”, since it enabled the hosts to level the series at 1-1.

Also, soon after the victory, during a press-conference, Kohli has countered the criticisms he had received from the Australian legendary wicket-keeper Ian Healy.

Few days back, Healy had said, “The pressure is starting to tell on (Kohli). I’m losing respect for him. He’s got to be a lot more respectful of his opponents. The stuff he did with Steve Smith was unacceptable.”

Responding to his comments, Kohli said that his country’s 1.2 billion people are with him and also everyone is aware of how Healy behaved in Centurion when he was dismissed. If people need they can watch the replay of that incident on Youtube.

“We’ve got 1.2 billion people in India, one person doesn’t make a difference to my life. Also, you need to go and search on YouTube when he was given out down the leg side – I heard he said something about me not having good behaviour with the umpires. I think you all should Youtube that video and I think that says it all”, Kohli was quoted saying.
