On Day 1 of the third Test match between India and Australia in Ranchi, Australian skipper Steve Smith and Indian wicket-keeper Wriddhiman Saha created the most funny moment of the day.
On the third ball of the 80th over from spinner Ravindra Jadeja, it once looked like the right-hander inside edged the ball as it deflected back in between his legs and was stuck there.
Saha noticed that the ball was still in play and attempted to grab it but Smith was holding it firmly between his legs. When he noticed that the keeper was attempting to catch the ball the Aussie skipper went down on the ground trying to get the ball touchdown.
Meanwhile, Saha didn’t let go of the ball and still had his hands under Smith’s legs and hilariously managed to grab the ball.
Everyone on the pitch and even in the commentary box could not stop laughing after watching this incident.
