Mumbai Indians’ star all-rounder Kieron Pollard has slammed commentator Sanjay Manjrekar for calling him ‘brainless’ during an IPL T20 match against Kolkata Knight Riders at the Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai.
Chasing a target of 179, Pollard came out to bat after the dismissal of Rohit Sharma at 74/3. However, Pollard could score only 17 runs off 17 balls. After he was dismissed, Manjrekar said, “Pollard does not have the brains to play early in the innings.”
Meanwhile, the ‘Brainless’ remark didn’t go down well with Pollard, who took to Twitter and slammed him.
