Top 10 powerplay scores in the IPL

On May 7, 2017, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) openers Chris Lynn and Sunil Narine smashed the highest ever powerplay team score in the Indian Premier League (IPL) history against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.

Chasing 159, the opening duo tore the RCB bowling attack and added 105 runs from the first six overs, overtaking the previous record of 100 runs set by Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in IPL 2014.
