IPL 2017: Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) medium-pacer Mohit Sharma produced a brilliant performance in the final over of the game to keep his team’s play-off hopes alive with a narrow seven-run win over table-toppers Mumbai Indians (MI).
Kieron Pollard hit Mohit for a huge six off the second ball to bring the equation to nine runs in last four balls which should have been a cakewalk for someone like Pollard, who until that moment didn’t put a foot wrong. But, Mohit bowled the next four balls superbly to keep the MI all-rounder at bay.
