After making a mark on the pitch, Indian star cricketer Virat Kohli has entered into the hospitality industry with Nueva, a restaurant located in the Sangam Courtyard at RK Puram, New Delhi.
Well, Michelin-Star Chef, Michael Swamy heads the kitchen of the restaurant and the response in the past few months has been overwhelming.
Some of the fans favourite meals include Carrot Ceviche, polenta with a mix of different kinds of mushrooms, the Earth Salad and some fantastic refreshing, ice-cold summer drinks including Pure Verde (made with kiwi) and Sonando (a healthy Greek yogurt smoothie).
Also, one must add Nueva to his/her list of must-visit restaurants because of its classy ambiance. The place is neatly divided into two sections — the ground floor has been designed as bar/lounge and an interesting spiral staircase takes you one the first level, which is a fine dine area with a view of the glass-walled kitchen. The decor is done tastefully with a white and gold theme giving you a very regal atmosphere to dine in.
During the IPL days, Virat shared a video on Instagram, giving all of his fans a tour of the restaurant.
