One of most awaited biopic of the year, Sachin: A Billion Dreams, got released on May 26 and fans all across the world are eager to watch the film. The film is based on cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar’s life from the beginning.
Well, one of the highlights of the film is how did love blossom between Sachin and his beautiful wife Anjali. A very little is known about the master blaster’s romantic side and this aspect of him has not only captured the interest of cricket and entertainment fans but also his daughter Sara Tendulkar.
When during a recent post-conference session, Sara was asked about her favourite part in the film, she said that the romance between her mom and dad was her favourite.
Sara also said that she is honored to be the daughter of the cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar. She enjoyed every bit of the film and seeing her father’s journey on the big screen is a dream come true for her.
Sachin held a grand premier for his friends from the cricketing world and from the entertainment industry in Mumbai.
Sara also gave an insight into her relationship with her father and was quoted as saying, “Growing up I never really understood the magnitude of the personality that is Sachin Tendulkar… For me, he was always my father and it was just simple. After watching the movie, it has made me truly understand what everyone else thinks of him.”
Beautiful Sara Tendulkar also added, “My favourite part of the movie is where they speak about my parent’s meeting and the whole romance which I think is cute. Also, their wedding scene is really nice.”
