Team India’s swashbuckling all-rounder Yuvraj Singh tormented bowlers and still does with free-flowing batting, however, the southpaw has revealed the name of the toughest opponent he faced in his glittering career.
Yuvraj along with other teammates was recently present at a gala dinner organized by Virat Kohli‘s foundation. It was a fundraising event for the upliftment of the underprivileged children and the host of the show was renowned cricket expert Alan Wilkins.
At the event, when Yuvraj was asked about the toughest bowler he had to face in his entire cricketing career, the left-handed batsman revealed that Australia’s Glenn McGrath troubled him when he was young.
“Early days in my career I will say, Glenn McGrath. It was very hard to get away from his line. One of the greats of cricket and definitely tough to face” was Yuvi’s honest reply.
Well, the Aussie legendary fast bowler was famous for his immaculate line and length, which made him notoriously tough to get away.
