Suresh Raina reveals his secret talent, secret crush and much more

We all know Suresh Raina as an Indian cricketer who is fearless and aggressive on the field while batting. But the southpaw is equally opposite off the field, he is someone who loves staying grounded and is quite an emotional person.

During a recent interview with Sportstar, while speaking from Holland, Raina revealed some unknown things about him.

Excerpts:

One thing that people don’t know about you?

The emotional side of me often goes unnoticed. I don’t show it to anyone. I look strong, but inside, I am very, very emotional.

Your secret talent?

I am a good singer. I am also learning how to play the saxophone.

The opposition you loved playing against the most and hated the most?

I don’t hate playing against any team. But yes, I definitely love facing Pakistan, Australia and South Africa.

The most precious gift of your life?

My daughter Gracia is the most precious gift of my life. She has changed our world.

Your sporting idol?

Michael Jordan and Roger Federer are the two sporting idols. I like Federer for the way he has returned fighting the odds. There have been highs and lows, but he has bounced back.

Your secret crush?

Jessica Alba, any day.
