Indian ace cricketer Yuvraj Singh was recently in Varanasi for the inauguration of his clothing brand YWC’s showroom. There was a huge crowd in form of Yuvraj fans present across the mall in order to get the glimpse of their favourite cricketer.
They were desperate to click pictures from their mobile phones and in the process pushed each other. It became impossible for the organizers to control the mob and in between the scuffle, Sajmin Kara, the CEO of the company who was accompanied with Yuvraj, fell down.
At this very moment, Yuvraj stepped up and supported Sajmin by covering her from his hands. He saved her from the crowd and for a moment lost his cool over the fans because he himself was falling short of several times.
Later, during her interaction with the media, the first the CEO of YWC Company, Sajmin Kara came and introduced herself. Sajmin told that YWC will also be available through other multi brand outlets in Varanasi, via a shop-in-shop format. Some part of the product proceeds goes to Yuvraj’s Foundation for cancer awareness – YouWeCan.
Talking about Yuvraj’s cricketing front, the southpaw has been dropped by the BCCI for the upcoming 5 ODI’s and a T20 International against Sri Lanka. He last played during an ODI match against West Indies in the Caribbean in June.
