Former Australian speedster Brett Lee who was known for his lightning fast deliveries and threatened numerous batsmen across the world during his playing days, has now turned a wrestler.
In a clip recently shared by Star Sports India on Twitter, Lee was spotted in a ‘Akhada’ performing ‘Dangal’ where he also hammered one of his opponents.
Lee is a part of the commentary panel for the ongoing started Karnataka Premier League (KPL) 2017 and in a promotion video for the sports channel, he featured as a wrestler where he locked horns with one of the tall and healthy Indian wrestler.
However, unlike the other wrestlers, Lee sported grey shorts and a blue T-shirt. He entered the Akhada in a proper Indian style, i.e, first bowing against the arena, did Namaste and then several push-ups to warm himself. Later, he defeats one of the wrestlers within seconds and wins the bout.
