India’s Ravichandran Ashwin capped off a memorable county debut with a five-wicket haul (5/68) in the second innings as Worcestershire registered a 189-run victory over Gloucestershire on Thursday.

The off-spinner, who picked up three for 94 in the first innings, finished with match-figures of eight for 162. Ashwin also contributed with the bat, making 36 and 28.
