WATCH: Virat Kohli interviews Hardik Pandya in the dressing room; KL Rahul reacts

Team India all-rounder Hardik Pandya played a crucial role in guiding the hosts to a 5 wicket win in the third ODI of the five-match series against Australia.

Pandya first scalped an important wicket of Australian opener David Warner and later played a match-winning knock of 78 runs while chasing 294 before getting out to Pat Cummins.

Virat Kohli & Co. have now taken an unassailable 3-0 lead in the series after the victory at the Holkar Stadium in Indore.

Celebrating Pandya’s performance, the Indian skipper interviewed the Baroda lad in the dressing room and posted the video of same on social media.

This is how the conversation went:

Kohli: The man of the moment, the Man of the Match. Promoted to number 4 and he delivers. How does it feel?

Pandya: Feels very good, I got the opportunity to bat at number 4 and it went well.

Rahul (from behind) to Hardik: You better need a contract (IPL) bro!

Kohli: Look at KL, you better need an IPL contract (laughs)

Pandya: I require you know, no no I don’t require, I have it.

Kohli: Very happy with the series win. And this guy (Pandya) has done bloody well in 2 games for us. Superstar, cheers.
