Indian skipper Virat Kohli continued his outstanding form in 2nd test against SriLanka at Nagpur. Virat Kohli who moved up to the fifth spot in the latest ICC rankings released after the end of the first Test between India and Sri Lanka at the Eden Gardens, once again showed his terrific form by hitting his 51st international hundred.

With the help of 10 fours, Kohli reached his hundred in just 130 balls, a stunning strike rate of 76.92. This is Kohli’s 19th test century.
Also his 10th international hundred in this calendar year, the most by any captain leaving behind Ricky Ponting of Australia who has hit 9 centuries in a given calendar year, twice.
After SriLanka’s total of 205, India on the 3rd day of the test is in a quite strong position. With three Indian batsmen (Murali Vijay, Cheteshwar Pujara, Virat Kohli) hitting their centuries, India is heading towards a good score. Hopefully, India would declare around the end of the day, inviting Sri Lankan team to play few years towards the end of days play.
