Virat Kohli reveals how his life changed after he met Anushka Sharma

Team India skipper Virat Kohli is undoubtedly one of the greatest batsmen in modern-day cricket. He has been consistently scoring runs and breaking records almost every time he is on the field.

It is very tough for any bowler to intimidate the Delhi lad who perfectly understands his strengths, that of the bowler and shapes his game more in the head than with the bat.

In the recent episode of ‘Breakfast with Champions’, hosted by famous celebrity anchor Gaurav Kapoor, Virat spoke about the bad patch that he got through in 2014 during the England tour where he failed to score runs and got out in almost similar fashion in every game.

However, Kohli’s biggest concern then was that people thought he failed because of his attitude, lifestyle and criticised him for that.

Following this incident, the right-handed batsman has cut himself off the social media, where people often talk more about his personal life than cricket.

During the show, Kohli thanked his girlfriend Anushka Sharma for playing a vital role in his life and told that it was she who has made her a more sensible person.

“It was Anushka, who gave me motivation and confidence, and as a batsman, I grew up”, Kohli said.
