Team India’s strike bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar is getting married to his fiancee Nupur Nagar on November 23 this year and hence will be out of the action from the remaining matches of the ongoing Test series against Sri Lanka.
But before Bhuvi steps down from the isle of bachelorhood, his teammate Shikhar Dhawan has come up with some pre-wedding warning to the premier Indian fast bowler.
On Monday night, Dhawan posted a video on his Instagram account wherein he is seen sharing a few words with the groom to be.
Dhawan while confirming Bhuvneshwar’s wedding asked him about the excitement he is going through.
“Lo ji humara ek sher kal joru ka gullam ban jaega. Isse puchte hai ki Motichoor ka Ladoo jo khae vo pachtae ya jo na khae vo pachtae (One of our teammates is going to get married, so let’s just ask him how does he feel)?”
Replying to Dhawan, Bhuvi said, “There is no excitement as such as I was on national duty till now and all the preparations are done by the families. So, I will only get to see how it feels when I reach home tomorrow (Tuesday).”
“Whatever, I have learned from these players (referring to Dhawan), I can say that it is quite a good and happy feeling,” Bhuvneshwar added.
And as far as the feeling is concerned, he jokingly said that it will be fun. He denied being a ‘joru ka ghulam’ though, explaining that it is his love and nothing else.
