Yuvraj-Singh

We all know that Yuvraj was struggling with his health during the 2011 World Cup hosted by India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh together, but the fighting cricketer refused to give up and continued playing for his country.

Like every Indian player, he too had a single dream in his mind and that was to win the World Cup for his country and the Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar who served the Indian cricket immensely in his career.

Tears in Yuvraj’s eyes

Yuvi narrated his story of his fight with deadly cancer winding back the clocks to 2011 World Cup.

During the shoot, he said, “When I woke up after sleeping, little bit of red-coloured mucous came out and also the tumour of 14 centimetres but I kept on playing. My health started declining and eventually, the doctor suggested me that if I don’t take a treatment even now then it would be difficult for me to be alive. Due to that my game and health both became bad.”
