Sports anchor and wife of Indian cricketer Stuart Binny, Mayanti Langer, made a new friend in Visakhapatnam where India played their final ODI of the three-match series against Sri Lanka.
Mayanti’s new friend is Wayne Rooney, and it is not to be confused with England’s star footballer.
Wayne Rooney is the name of the dog that operates at the Dr Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam. In the picture posted by the anchor on her Twitter account, the anchor can be seen shaking a hand with the dog at the stadium.

With her post, Mrs. Binny also revealed that she is a big fan of Wayne Rooney. And why shouldn’t she be? Rooney has been one of the best footballers of this generation and is widely regarded as one of the best English footballers of all-time.
