Rohit Sharma is currently leading the Indian cricket team in the ongoing T20 International series against Sri Lanka and so he could not take out time to celebrate his wife Ritika Sajdeh‘s birthday.
Ritika is celebrating her birthday today, but could not celebrate it as she would have wanted due to his husband’s prior commitments for the national team.
However, to make amends for it, the Hitman of Indian cricket, penned down a heartwarming message for his beloved wife on Twitter. Calling himself lucky to have Ritika in his life, the 30-year old wrote a lovely message: “Generally if it’s someone’s birthday you’ll go try and be with them but that’s not the case with my Mrs, poor thing always travels to me on occasions and makes sure the travel time is well spent, very lucky to have a wife like her. Happy birthday love Ritika Sajdeh.”

Rohit also posed a picture of him along with Ritika on Instagram with a caption which read, “All I ever want for you is to be happy like you are in this picture. Happy birthday, Ritika Sajdeh.”
Ritika is a sports event manager by profession and she used to take care of Rohit’s cricket engagements as his manager before the duo tied the knot in December 2015.
