Actress Saiyami Kher has a special message for double centurion Virat Kohli

Indian captain Virat Kohli scored his sixth double century on the second day of the third Test against Sri Lanka in Delhi on Sunday, as the visitors struggled to make an impact on the game.

Kohli, playing in his 63rd Test, took 238 deliveries to complete his second consecutive double hundred. This is the second double century on the trot for the right-handed batsman.

Making a mockery of the Sri Lankan attack, Kohli reached the milestone in the company of Rohit Sharma who made a fine half-century before lunch.

Virat also became the first international skipper to hit six double centuries in Test cricket.

He smashed a career-best 243 before getting out on the bowling of chinaman Lakshan Sandakan. The Delhi lad lost his concentration after the Sri Lankan players interrupted the play several times after lunch as there was a blanket of ‘smog’ all over the ground.

Like many other cricket followers, model turned actress Saiyami Kher too applauded Virat Kohli for his brilliant innings in Delhi.

“243 through this Delhi smog. Now I’m certain imVkohli has some superpower. #KingKohli”
