The English all-rounder, on several occasions, has lauded Kohli on social media, whenever he scored big in crucial matches. While this wasn’t exactly the occasion when the 29-year-old right-handed batsman left fans awestruck with his on-field performance but rather stunned everyone as the news of him marrying Anushka came out sooner than expected.

Wyatt, who is a big fan of the Indian skipper, congratulated the newlywed couples on Twitter. “Congratulations Virat Kohli & Anushka Sharma,” she tweeted.

Danielle’s tweet tickled the funny bone of a Twitterati by the name of Virat, which replied to her saying, “life goes on ..” and the female cricketer broke into laughter.

Some more Indian fans couldn’t help but remind her of the tweet from 2014 and also assumed how she’d have reacted to the news of her crush getting married to someone else.
