Team India is playing against Sri Lanka in the third and final Test at Feroz Shah Kotla in Delhi. The Indian players sported the Armed Forces Flag badges on their Test jersey to support the Armed Forces Week on Saturday. Virat Kohli and men will be sporting the Army flag during the entire match.
The campaign has been started by the India’s Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. It urged the whole nation to join the Armed Forces Week from December 1st to 7th.
India will be commemorating the Indian Army by celebrating the Armed Forces Flag day on 7th December.
Ahead of the final Test, all the 15 players gathered for the National Anthem where they were spotted donning the badge of Indian Armed Forces.
