Hardik Pandya grabs a stunner to dismiss Kagiso Rabada on Day 2 of the Centurion Test

India’s young all-rounder Hardik Pandya got involved in a dropped catch earlier on Day 2 of the second Test match between South Africa and India but he didn’t make a mistake when Kagiso Rabada pulled the short ball from Ishant Sharma, over square leg. It was a stunning catch and Pandya pulled off that one in style.

In the 111th over of the South African first innings, Ishant bowled a shorter delivery on the stumps as Rabada swiveled and pulled it hard over square leg region. He failed to keep the ball down as the ball arched over the square on the onside giving Pandya much time to sprint in from the deep and display his athleticism. A terrific run, an amazing dive, and the ball fell straight into his stretched out hands – all added up to be an outstanding catch.
