Superb seam bowling allowed India to rip through South Africa’s batting line-up and seal a 63-run consolation victory on day four of the third and final test at the Wanderers on Saturday.
Once again Team India young pacer Jasprit Bumrah sent the star South Africa batsman AB de Villiers packing in the 3 match series.
In the second session of play, Bumrah got one to jump off a length, hit ABD on the gloves and presented Ajinkya Rahane with a very easy catch at gully.
India players were ecstatic, with Virat Kohli leaping high in the air and punching it, to show how much the wicket meant to him and the Indian side.
After De Villiers’ wicket, the Proteas side could not recover and were bowled out for 177 while chasing 240.
