Anushka Sharma lauds husband Virat Kohli for his record 35th ODI century

Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma, who is also the wife of Indian skipper Virat Kohli, shared Instagram stories where she was seen lauding her husband every time he hit a century in the recently concluded bilateral ODI series between South Africa and India.

Virat hit three centuries in the ODI series against the Proteas, leading his team to the victory line each time.

On Friday, it was another opportunity for Virat and he didn’t miss it as usual. He remained unbeaten at 129, helping India to clinch the victory in the sixth ODI match by eight wickets and wrap up the series by winning 5-1.

After Kohli’s exhilarating knock, Anushka took to Instagram to lavish praise on him. However, she could not come up with any superlative and ended up writing, “What a guy” followed by a heart sign.

Anushka also congratulated the Indian team for the historic series win. Kohli has become the first India skipper to lead the team to a bilateral series win in the Rainbow nation.

After clinching the ODI series victory, India will look to win a three-match T20I series against the host South Africa.
