The One-Day international series between South Africa and India saw the visitors re-write history by securing a 5-1 win in the 6-match series.
While the on-field rivalry between players is expected and understood during the course of the game, a great moment of friendship between Virat Kohli and AB De Villiers was caught on camera as the two hugged each other soon after the conclusion of the sixth and final ODI in Centurion.
At the SuperSport Park, as soon Kohli hit the winning shot securing India’s 8 wicket-win, De Villiers moved towards the Indian captain to congratulate him. After the handshake, the duo shared a warm hug in the middle of the pitch and the moment was captured by photographers around the stadium and it took the internet by storm.
