Danielle Wyatt reacts to a warning regarding Anushka Sharma’s whereabouts

Danielle Wyatt is the only England woman cricketer with a T20 International century under her belt. She achieved the feat during England’s tour to Australia during the Ashes last year.

Wyatt will soon be seen in action in the triangular T20 International series in India, which also involves Australia. The 26-year-old has played in 53 ODIs and 73 T20Is for England, scoring 602 and 657 runs at 17.20 and 14.93 respectively.

On Wednesday, Wyatt tweeted a photograph of her on a flight en route to Mumbai, something that has gained a lot of traction, especially given her escapades with the Indian cricket fan fraternity in recent times.

While it was just a photograph that she posted on the microblogging site, the Twitterati jumped into the situation and began wondering and speculating whether or not she would be ensuring a meeting at the very least with Virat Kohli.

While her busy schedule may come in the way of that, a few fans also proved to be spotters by letting her know that Anushka Sharma, the wife of the Indian captain would be watching if or when Wyatt did indeed decide upon going gaga over the star batsman once again.

A fan replied to Wyatt’s tweet saying, “She (Anushka Sharma) is watching you, stay safe.”

Danielle came up with a brilliant reply:

Turn the clock back to 2014, and you’d remember the time Wyatt attracted a lot of attention for proposing marriage to Virat Kohli on Twitter. Kohli had just hit a magical knock of unbeaten 72 against South Africa, which took his side to the finals of the ICC World T20.

The duo met when India toured England later that year and Kohli presented Wyatt with one of his willows.

So now let’s wait and watch what magic Wyatt can pull off with Kohli’s bat. Well, the English fans would certainly be hoping it’s a special one!
