England women’s cricket team arrives in India for limited over series

2017 World Cup champion, England women’s cricket team has arrived in India for the limited over series. Heather Knight led team England will first play a T20I tri-series against India and Australia beginning from March 22.

Later, the English players will take on the hosts in a three-match ODI series scheduled to begin from April 6.

England all-rounder Danielle Wyatt was excited to be back to the nation where she made her International debut. Wyatt also posted a picture of her after receiving a warm welcome in Mumbai.

Three players namely Bryony Smith, Alice Davidson-Richards and Katie George will don the England jersey for the first time during the upcoming T20Is and ODIs.

Meanwhile, member of England’s World Cup winning team Alexandra Hartley is also in India for the first time.
