Defending champions Mumbai Indians (MI) will start the 2018 campaign against Chennai Super Kings at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on April 7, 2018.
The MI franchise retained Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya and Jasprit Bumrah at the auctions and then used their right to match (RTM) card to rope in Krunal Pandya and Kieron Pollard in the player’s auction.
The 11th edition of the cash-rich league will be played at nine venues across 51 days.
