Despite making three final appearances, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) are yet to win an Indian Premier League (IPL) title.
RCB, historically, have had a strong squad and this year also the side boasts of heavyweight players. Ahead of the auctions, RCB retained skipper Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers, and Sarfaraz Khan.
At the player’s auction held at Bengaluru, RCB team owners added players like Brendon McCullum, Quinton de Kock, Chris Woakes and Moeen Ali.
The Virat Kohli led RCB side will open their campaign on day 2 of the upcoming season against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).
