Although he’s not getting the chances he deserves, one can never rule out a fact that KL Rahul is currently one of the best in the business. His outstanding temperament and versatility to adapt to any situation make him quite a valuable cricketer and the bidding war he induced in the IPL players auction in January is a testament to that fact.
The Bangalore Times magazine ranked KL Rahul 3rd in the list of most eligible bachelors in and around the Garden City. People are well aware of Rahul’s good looks and in a city like Bangalore where the population of youngsters is so high, this indeed is quite an achievement for the 25-year-old batsman.
With current Indian skipper Kohli tying the knot to Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma in December 2017, KL Rahul has become one of the most eligible bachelors in the country.
After entering the limelight by scoring a Test century on his first tour of Australia. He later joined Suresh Raina and Rohit Sharma by becoming the third Indian batsmen to score century across all formats.
His performances for the Indian team made him a force to reckon in the IPL and he had been a regular member of Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the last two years. However, Kings XI Punjab has bought him for a whopping amount of Rs. 11 crores in this year’s IPL auction.
Here’s what the Bangalore Times quoted about KL Rahul:
Claim to fame: He’s undoubtedly one of the hottest and most promising cricketers on Team India, whose consistent performances have set the course for many victories.
Relationship Status: Said to have moved on from one model to another. He’s a flamboyant player off the pitch, too.
Desirability Quotient: His ripped physique and bad-boy charm ensure that there isn’t a woman in the room that doesn’t have her eyes set on him.
