Manish Pandey voted 14th most desirable man by Bangalore Times

India’s middle-order batsman in limited overs cricket, Manish Pandey, is undoubtedly one of the most good looking cricketers around.

Recently, he was nominated on the list of most desirable men by Bangalore Times. And on Friday, Manish was voted the 14th most desirable man by the people in and around the Garden City.

People are well aware of Pandey’s good looks and in a city like Bangalore where the population of youngsters is so high, this indeed is quite an achievement for the 28-year-old batsman.

Manish Pandey was an integral part of the Indian Under-19 side led by Virat Kohli in 2008, who went on to triumph in the World Cup hosted by Malaysia.

However, he came into limelight after becoming the first-ever Indian cricketer to score a century in the IPL during the 2009 edition. He then moved from Royal Challengers Bangalore to Pune Warriors India but found no success. Later his stint with the Kolkata Knight Riders made him a force to reckon with and his knock of 94 in the IPL 2014 final is still rated as one of the best in the game’s history. The Sunrisers Hyderabad bought him for a whopping Rs. 11 crores in this year’s players auction.

Here’s what the Bangalore Times quoted about Manish Pandey:

Claim to fame: He is one of the poster boys of T20 cricket for India. His recent knock in South Africa seems to have him back in the reckoning. He’s also known for his explosive batting in the IPL.

Relationship status: A hot favourite among city girls

Desirability quotient: He has model good looks
