Sarah Taylor takes a subtle dig at Scottish cricketer Olivia Rae

England’s Sarah Taylor is one of the finest women cricketers in the history of the game. Over the years, she has been a rock for England’s Women Cricket Team and earned the love and respect of the fans worldwide purely on the basis of her hard work, passion and love for the game.


Sarah, the wicketkeeper-batter was once wrapped in the clutches of depression but she fought her way out and made a great comeback to the national side during ICC Women’s World Cup 2017.

Recently, the 28-year-old took a subtle dig at Scottish cricketer Olivia Rae on Twitter.


Rae, who last played for the Scotland women’s cricket team in the 2017 Women’s Cricket World Cup Qualifiers, is currently busy in coaching young cricketers.

She posted about the same on her Twitter and wrote, “I have learned so much from my 7 years coaching in Scotland and I’m privileged to now be working at Lords to continue to develop young cricketers. Grateful for everything I’ve experienced, good times, hard times, everything! 🙏🏻🏏 #choosecricket.”

Sarah, who share a good bonding with Rae, also took to Twitter and responded wittily to her friend’s message and also created her for the great work.

Sarah’s response read, “By working I’m sure you meant indoor cricket in the shop, but sure keep calling it work 🙄”

While Rae being a very sporting lady, also wittily responded to Sarah’s tweet.

“You’ve got to know the gear is safe before its purchased 🤷🏻‍♀️ pretty sure the helmets are okay wouldn’t you agree? I know Harry would! 😂 “, Rae wrote.
