Here Are The Salaries Of Cheerleaders In The Indian Premier League (IPL)

Indian Premier League (IPL) is considered to be one of the best cricket leagues all over the world. Excitement is on a high note during all the matches being played with a period of two months.

Every year each IPL team recruits cheerleaders to make sure that the cricket lovers present at the stadium are enjoying every moment. These girls perform per match on a boundary scored by a batsman and on ever wicket taken by a bowler.

These IPL Cheerleaders gets a lot of other cool gifts from their franchise, a uniform and stage settle for them to live for their dance.

There are 8 participating teams in the IPL and each team has got their own squad of cheerleaders. As per the sources, the salary of these cheerleaders gets a 10% hike every IPL season.

Salaries of IPL Cheerleaders:

  1. Chennai Super Kings pay each cheerleader $150 per match
  2. Sunrisers Hyderabad pay each cheerleader $150 per match
  3. Delhi Capitals pay each cheerleader $150 per match
  4. Mumbai Indians pay each cheerleader $250 per match
  5. Kings XI Punjab pay each cheerleader $150 per match
  6. Royal Challengers Bangalore pay each cheerleader $250 per match
  7. Kolkata Knight Riders pay each cheerleader $300 per match
  8. Rajasthan Royals pays each cheerleader $180 per match

There might be some difference in the pays of the Cheerleaders of some teams like Royal Challengers, Kolkata Knight Riders and other teams but still, these girls earn more in the form of a bonus, and also collect the earnings in the party or award function where they perform. Cheerleaders almost make around about $4,000 to $17,500 till the end of an IPL season.
