Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on Tuesday announced that they will be retiring one of the players ahead of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2018.
RCB players Parthiv Patel, Brendon McCullum, Yuzvendra Chahal and others also featured in a video posted by the franchise on social media.

On Wednesday, during the Facebook Live, skipper Virat Kohli revealed that instead of a player, they are going to retire the jersey number 12. He expressed his gratitude to the loyal fan base of RCB, who come out in huge numbers to support the team in the different venues of India.
Kohli also showed the number 12 jersey which will be dedicated to the fans from now onwards.
