WATCH: Karn Sharma’s brilliance on the boundary to save a certain six

After Trent Boult’s stunning one-hander to dismiss Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper Virat Kohli made headlines, the fixture between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Chennai Super Kings produced something along similar lines.


The man involved in this incident is the CSK leg-spinner, Karn Sharma where he became ‘Superman’ for a moment to save a certain six.


The incident took place on the first ball of the final over from Shradul Thakur. SRH skipper Williamson carved one towards the third man. It was sailing over the boundary but a brilliant fielding display by Karn Sharma in the deep saved five runs for his side. The ball was sailing over his head and he jumped to perfection to pluck it with his right arm.

However, he went out of bounds in the air and with his presence of mind threw it near the third man fence to save few runs.
