Chennai Super Kings’ captain MS Dhoni hammered the bowlers for seven sixers during his match-winning innings half-century against the Royal Challengers Bangalore at the M. Chinnaswamy stadium on Wednesday. In the process, the match saw the most sixers ever to be hit in the history of any IPL game.
MSD scored an unbeaten 70 with 7 maximum, while his partner in crime Ambati Rayudu hit eight sixes in his 82 as CSK chased down 205 runs.
Dhoni’s wife, Sakshi, was also seen cheering and giving high-fives after every six hit by her husband. Just after Dhoni sent Mohammed Siraj over point for a six on the 5th ball of the 19th over, Sakshi was seen shouting ‘one more six’ from the stands.
