Twitter Reactions: Krunal Pandya’s knock leads MI to win against KXIP in Indore

The league of cricket fanatics enjoyed the Kings XI Punjab’s comeback after the break as Chris Gayle smashed third fifty in this season and fulfilled the wishes of his fans in Indore. On the other hand, it was a do or die situation for the Mumbai Indians (MI) who needed to win this game to remain alive in the tournament.

The efforts of KXIP batsmen resulted in putting a decent total of 174 runs on the board in full 20 overs.

In return, openers Suryakumar Yadav and Evin Lewis gave a flying start to MI. With their fiery knocks, they stated that they won’t let it go so easily.

Despite the downfall of three wickets in quick succession, Krunal Pandya and captain Rohit Sharma fought till the end and snatched the victory from the mouth of the opponents.

A smoky knock from Pandya (31 runs off 12 balls) towards the end left no option for Ravichandran Ashwin & Co. but to accept the defeat. MI pulled out a terrific victory by 6 wickets and earned two more points to reach the 5th position in the IPL points table.
